Role description - The role started as a UX/UI designer for fully-specked out features and, over the years, evolved into a client product consultant with responsibilities consisting of:

• Offering guidance for task scoping, sprint planning and road mapping

• Driving features through all the design thinking / UX / visual implementation steps

• Planning and assisting the quality assurance process

• Monitoring key analytics

• Ensuring good communication between all involved parties, such as team members and stakeholders

• Increased user interactions and communication within a financial investment platform by simplifying the user flows and homogenizing an ecosystem comprising a marketplace for investors and companies, an integrated communication system, a multi-stream event platform and other support features and 3rd party services

• Implemented a design system methodology, which facilitates fast prototyping and usability testing

Role description - The daily tasks focused on the “Human Library” project, an ecosystem meant to digitalise its global innovative and hands-on learning platform. My responsibilities consisted of the following:

• Mapping and optimising the user journey,

• Creating the wireframes prototypes

• Collaborating with a UI designer and a brand manager on the colour guidelines, design language

• Creating the pixel-perfect prototype.
