• Onboarding Geo to User Experience Monitoring.

• Designed Reliability Requirement for Google Maps critical features and instrumented client-side monitoring for critical user interactions.

• Designed and implemented change vectors gating(experiments, app binary releases, and server rollouts) based on user impact with automated production alerts.

Organizations

• Designed Canary tests with multiple scenarios for ensuring well-functioning CRUD API calls on SaaS application instances. Deployed Canary tests via Shepherd provider.

• Implemented Shepherd flock to add metrics and alarms for monitoring Canaries with Terraform.

• Applied OKE (Oracle Container Engine for Kubernetes) to reliably build, deploy and manage cloud-

native applications.

• Developed cross-realm subscription backfill workflow in Tenant-Manager side (Java).

• Built Google Tag Manager templates for web-sdk integration (over 300 websites made use of it) to ease the process of installing web-sdk and setting tags.

• Used Hooks and Router in React.js and styled-components to build a demo page for testing the templates as well as displaying tags and deployed it on heroku.

• Designed shell scripts to help developers to release custom templates to gallery and make new updates.

• Added new UI features to Braze platform to improve user experience by knockout.js, Typescript and Rails.
