• Built concurrent network request module to asynchronously exchange data with the server in multi-threads.

• Designed and implemented a face swap module for live video stream as well as images for users to create their own movie posters and movie trailers using openCV and dlib.

• Helped improve the UI performance by building event handlers for different widgets and creating observable objects using RxJava to listen to main thread. Wrote unit tests and monitored issues posted on Jira.

• Constructed the web front end of a VPN website, designed the framework of the website using Bootstrap.

• Developed front end of a study-abroad project, using Bootstrap and JavaScript to build a responsive website, built the back end using PHP script in codeIgniter, responding AJAX call and display results.
