I led the UX design of the mobile app throughout the process from ideation to launch. This involved conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams to align on the project goals.

I continuously refined designs based on user feedback and analytics, participate in agile sprints for quick iterations, and support product launches by preparing design specifications. My efforts aimed to deliver an engaging and user-friendly app that serves millions of users in the smart home space.

I was the sole UX designer reporting to the VP of Product, responsible for creating user-centered class enrollment experiences, improving customer journeys, leading the branding design, driving business growth, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver impactful design solutions in the education industry across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Projects included:

• Led a design of class searching and enrolling user flows to simplify the user experience, increasing the class enrollment conversion rates by 40%.

• Created and integrated new online virtual class participation user experience, to increase the number of customers joining the online classes.

• Redesigned a web app class searching, enrollment, and pricing user experience.

• Created a design library of 100+ components including icons, patterns, illustrations, layouts, and branding graphic designs, that can be scaled for use by global franchise partners in Asia, Europe, and North America.
