Currently leading the design of Chewy’s mobile app, driving a company-wide shift toward an app-first strategy. In this role, I shape both design and product strategy, ensuring a seamless and customer-centered experiences across iOS, Android and emerging technologies. I also mentor and guide the broader design organization, fostering an understanding of mobile-specific design principles and how they differ from website design.

Led design and research for the GoDaddy signed in customer experience, with a focus on helping customers realize the full potential of their domains through continuous experimentation and new end-to-end product flows.

Led design and experimentation to incrementally improve the experience of recalling previously seen content, reading the latest sports and news and finding relevant Groups and Pages for over 2 billion searches daily. Co-led workshops, design and research that resulted in the creation of Facebook News and monetizing Facebook Search.
