Agent 365 is the control plane for agents, empowering users to securely create, deploy, and manage all of their agents in one place.

I lead social and visual identity, working end to end across our product to deliver agentic experiences that raise the bar on strategy and craft. This includes:

• Creative strategy and direction on product and brand

• Assembling and leading teams from across organizations and disciplines to deliver on our goals

• Full stack product design from initial concepting to high fidelity delivery

• Close collaboration with PM, design, and engineering leadership on execution

• Advocating for data-driven best practices in personality and behavior in agentic experiences with research partners

• Working on Copilot for Finance to accelerate time to business impact for finance professionals.

• Co-lead on the Inclusive Design for Mental Health & Cognition team, working across Microsoft to advocate for mental health and neurodiversity in the product development lifecycle.

Led design for Copilot for Viva Insights, and worked on Microsoft Copilot Dashboard + Glint integration to empower leaders in creating high performing organizations.

Grew our user base and led the process of making our publishing canvas accessible and delightful, while building the next generation of enterprise publishing experiences.

Worked in the CSEO (now Microsoft Digital) group, designing the home page and organization experiences in Who+ – a place for Microsoft employees to connect, learn, and grow.
