Consulted on Inclusive Design and built and helped build an Inclusive Design Playbook for Harvard Business School. Consulted on internal tools and UI.

Redesigned the user interface for Compt's employee and admin experiences, elevating the overall user experience and modernizing the brand identity. Implemented a design system to streamline workflows and maintain consistency across product suites. Championed design thinking methodologies and collaborated closely with stakeholders to define product vision and product strategy. Utilized prototyping tools such as Figma to create interactive wireframes and prototypes, facilitating stakeholder feedback and iteration.

Lead design on 4 enterprise level softwares, protecting 2.5 million of the world's largest domains. Responsible for building and maintaining a core experience, through systems thinking, reinventing, and establishing UX design as a driver of product development, and most importantly serving our users by making domain security easy and accessible.

Designed DomainSec platform the industry’s first holistic approach for securing and defending brands’ domain ecosystems. This pioneering platform uses its proprietary technology and combines machine learning, artificial intelligence, and clustering technology to enable the security heuristics including leading indicators of compromise.

Ran my own side projects mostly graphic and web design, but there have been a wide range of activities from applied research projects, operations consulting, service design, and interior design. I do it for the challenge and exploration of other fields I might not normally touch.
