Engineered and deployed a high-accuracy text extraction framework for non-machine-readable documents (handwritten, scanned) by evaluating and deploying advanced LLMs on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda).

Performed sequence analysis of 42 Illumina NGS genome reads. Isolated and linked novel isoforms to metabolic diseases such as Obesity and Type Two Diabetes. Wrote scripts in Python and R using various bioinformatics packages such as Cutadapt, STAR, DESeq2, edgeR, and more.
