Base - Working on the base blockchain

• Developed and launched the Minimum Base Fee, a headliner feature in Optimism's U17 Jovian Hardfork aimed at reducing priority fee auctions, as well as onchain spam. https://docs.optimism.io/chain-operators/guides/features/setting-min-base-fee

• Revamped https://www.base.org/stats to increase the transparency around Base's scaling decisions, as well as implementing other internal metrics to increase overall chain observability.

• Integrating pruned snapshots into the infrastructure at Base while executing on the roadmap to make it generally available. Reduces the time to sync a mainnet node to approximately 4 hours.

• Working on the Transaction Inclusion & Prioritization Stack (TIPS) initiative to rework how we process transactions on Base.
