· Design lead for Voyager, a web-based toB platform providing DevOps services for product globalization. Created the IA and design system for 12 sub-platforms, and managed 1 contractor to deliver key flows within 2.5 weeks to meet short timeline.
· Design lead of the multilingual e-commerce content quality improvement initiative across AliExpress and Alibaba.com:
• Shipped and iterated the end-to-end experiences of 8 internal web products for content internationalization and localization.
• Collaborated with 8 language innovation and product globalization teams consist
of PMs, designers, content strategists and engineers located in 4 time zones.
• Established a unified standard framework for measuring content quality across
products and proposed 3 SOPs and tool use plans to advance internal workflows.

· Designed the O2O campaign and payment experience for Alipay’s merchant promotion program in Las Vegas. Conducted site and user research that influenced business strategies. The city’s daily ATV was increased by 117% during the event.
· Managed 2 visual designers to launch 300+ marketing campaigns for Alipay and Taobao in USA and Canada.
· Designed store locater tools and other features for the Alipay mobile app to enhance customer’s O2O mobile payment experiences.
