Key contributions:

• Designed test cases and developed automated test scripts that run in the user interface of the ePayables product ( generates >300 million dollars of virtual credit card payment each month) to ensure 99% uptime of our applications and exceptional quality in user experience.

• Designed successful multithreading test cases to simulate multiple users accessing the application simultaneously and load testing on the application using Java, Python, and Selenium.

• Successfully converted the test script into a JAR file that runs from a daily cron job on a Linux VM

• Experience testing with various Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.)

• Maintaining strong positive relationships with customers throughout to ensure any customer/field issues are identified, understood and prioritized effectively.

• Primary responsibilities also include application support, 24x7 on call support

Key contributions:

• Troubleshooted various user interface and technical issues for an ePayables company that generates virtual credit cards of over a 300 million dollars in value each month. Using Linux CentOS.

• Project planning for production and test environments to new virtual infrastructure

• Coordinating and testing production software deployments
