Leading the design, architecture, and evolution of the company’s core financial platform and engineering infrastructure.

• Architect and build the company’s payments infrastructure from the ground up, supporting automated financial workflows and transaction processing

• Own end-to-end system architecture across application services, platform infrastructure, and operational reliability

• Lead the planning and execution of a platform-wide technology stack migration to improve scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability

• Drive platform-wide performance improvements through distributed caching strategies, system optimization, and reliability engineering

• Lead multiple internal security initiatives and audits, strengthening authentication flows, platform security posture, and operational safeguards

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve engineering velocity

• Manage infrastructure and production operations including servers, DNS configuration, monitoring, and incident debugging

• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical direction as the engineering team and platform continue to scale

Develop and maintain backend services using Flask, with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.

Build responsive, user-focused interfaces with React and JavaScript, ensuring seamless integration across the stack.

Manage servers and deployments, contributing to stable and efficient production environments.

Implement automation, write unit tests, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable delivery and code quality.

Contribute to internal AI features, supporting intelligent tooling and workflow enhancements.

Perform full-stack QA and security engineering, identifying issues early and enforcing best practices across the codebase.

Support and mentor students across multiple technical tracks, including Cybersecurity, Networking/Network Security, AI/ML, and Software Engineering.

Lead hands-on labs, walkthroughs, and debugging sessions to reinforce core concepts and real-world problem-solving skills.

Collaborate with instructors to design and deliver technical curriculum, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and industry-aligned.

Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and learning resources to improve classroom efficiency and enhance student learning outcomes.

Provide individualized guidance to help students build technical confidence, prepare for certifications, and navigate rapidly evolving technologies.

Assist in evaluating student progress, offering detailed feedback and support tailored to each learner’s goals and skill level.
