In this part-time internship I improved the performance of NLP product built in project Illuminate(see 2nd Work Experience), which helps to decrease the misclassification rate of the chatbot by 6%.

I mainly worked in the domain of NLP to help the Customer Care team. The product to be delivered was a Philips Hue customer care chatbot prototype.

Key Activities:

• Data analysis using topic modeling techniques

• Used Machine learning techniques to build a NLP product as the initial intention classification service of the chatbot

• Algorithm design for the NLP product

• Part of chatbot logic building

Grade: 8.9/10

In this internship, I designed and developed a web app control system, which helps to automate the company's test setup. This was also my Bachelor thesis project and it was scored 8.9/10.
