• Front End Development in React/Typescript to help overhaul our digital intake workflows for patients improving retention rate for self-referrals

• BackEnd Development in Java/Spring to support the overhaul to these digital Intake workflows

• Took ownership of the maintenance and growth our Scala based API that ensured that our data between salesforce and our databases was in sync

• Created Automations in Salesforce to reduce cost of getting patients to care and reduce need for human monitoring of our salesforce cases.

• Created and helped to maintain an on-call runbook of all commonly seen pagerduty messages and how to rectify any errors that might come up in production.
