At Roblox, I work on the Discovery UX team, delivering cross-platform experiences across iOS, Android, Desktop, VR, and Console.
I drove multiple high-impact features through cross-organizational collaboration that improved user experience, engagement, and retention. Examples include video thumbnails for games, fiat game purchases, and Charts page deep-links, along with other initiatives that expanded growth.
In addition, I refined Homepage logging instrumentation for the ML pipeline, resulting in more reliable model training and more accurate game recommendations.

I am working as the research assistant in Syracuse University to help my advisor with the Emotion Map project, which is a mobile social system for improving emotion awareness and regulation. Besides, I also work on another program about developing plug-ins for Chrome to solve existed accessibility problems.
• Developed an iPhone app named EmptionMap to collect the people's published emotion trend as the data for paper to study.
• Tested and analyzed the plug-ins for Chrome that are used to fix the accessibility of the website.

I was working as a teaching assistant of Professor Chapin's course CIS 657: Principles of Operating Systems. The course link is https://sites.google.com/site/cis657fall2014.
The course is to taught the principles, algorithms and the structures used in the FreeBSD.
I designed the labs in which students need to modify FreeBSD source code to finish specific tasks and write the lab report. Also I taught the principles and detail for labs and grade student assignments.
