Collaborated with a team of 5 people to develop the workflow engine, which consumes the upstream events from RocketMQ/Kafka to run a state machine. It integrated all the basic marketing components like SMS, coupon, TikTok notice, and blacklist into one place, reducing workload by 60% for every new activity.
