* This service relieved the load placed on the existing service (and data store) by 40% and was a critical

• Worked within the Chat Experience ("ChatX") team, responsible for the client-facing interface and experience (full-stack)

• Created multiple outage pages for users with slow connection to improve chat resiliency

• Worked collaboratively within a small group to integrate right-to-left language support for chat, and streamlined the process of adding Arabic and Hebrew automatic language detection as well as modifying existing UI components to adhere to both language formats

• Fixed several bugs and implemented various features, including support for default chatbot profile images and enhancing layout for viewing images in chat
