As Associate Product Manager at Salesforce, I defined the business and product marketing strategies for company products and coordinated with the Revenue team for preparation of product launch and with the Sales team for gathering customer requirements.

• Developed and managed product strategy and roadmap, product innovation and pipeline management for Global Scalability programs accounting for $2.5M in revenue, highest across 20 product lines across 5 countries

• Led 10 product design workshops for top management of $2.5B organization to improve product design of new and existing products in the market; organized 2-day session to share best practices with over 15+ product managers

As Senior Consultant at Deloitte USI, I worked closely with Directors and screened potential business strategies and opportunities by identifying deal requirements and evaluating firm's resources and pioneered strategy for legacy migration of SaaS based products. I also managed a team, providing mentoring and training to the members.

• Planned and managed 6 consulting projects in areas of process management, data management, reporting, and e-commerce; made recommendations to client to undertake corporate restructuring for 3 product lines

• Collaborated with the CTO of a leading pharmaceutical company in the US as the only offshore resource in a special 9-member emergency task force that improved the performance of the drug ordering cloud-based system that loads and transforms data by 40%, averting a $6 million fine

As Consultant at Deloitte USI, I worked closely higher management to resolve high complexity business problems in areas of SaaS and Digital Cloud transformations.

• Designed an automated tool that optimizes contract and quote creation process. The tool helped reduce manual effort by 80%, issue analysis time by 60% and generated in 1/20th of the time required to prepare the contracts and quotes manually

• Developed an interactive web interface and customized web pages for navigation through an integrated case management system to enhance the social services experience for residents of State of Indiana for 30,000 users as part of a $30 million project in a first ever implementation of Salesforce as a technology
