Lead developer and administrator of a distributed Lotus Notes Claims Management System. This application incorporated core claims management workflow and documentation functions and provided access to claims, underwriting, reinsurance and financial data stored on AS/400 Genius system. It interfaces with AS/400, DB2, .NET/ SOAP, SQL Server and Fax technologies. All releases were delivered on time and under budget.

Worked with key executives from various business units to verify and refine business requirements used for technical development. Prepared system requirement documents, designed and developed applications, coordinated application testing with the QA team and scheduled application deployment to production.
