Built a web application used by VCs and investors to facilitate co-investment using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js with RESTful APIs; responsible for the creation and implementation of numerous backend components from the ground up, including API endpoints, DAOs, and DTOs

Designed and built front-end components using React Bootstrap & SCSS; refactored large portions of CSS so that pages would follow consistent design pattern across the web application

Maintained a scalable TypeScript/React codebase, using object oriented and type-safe design patterns for a Y-Combinator seeded startup providing one-click checkout for any online retailer. Designed and built a backend-use Google Chrome extension from end to end, using React, Redux, and Chrome APIs, as well as Stripe APIs for credit card transactions and a Firebase real time database. Wrote, trained, and maintained code for a web-scraping Chrome extension that used neural network library brain.js to intelligently and automatically scrape product information from e-commerce websites
