• Instant Pay: Directed design of mobile focused payroll innovation feature from concept testing to MVP delivery in 8 months. Set working model with central front end UI development team based on better UX Jira process experimentation.

• Manager Hub: Originated a concept for centralized dashboard for managers and built IA based on research data. Facilitated cross-product team requirements and designed the MVP experience, selected for 2020 Innovation Summit GM Keynote.

• Natural Workspace: Defined conversational flow and built prototype for time entry use cases for the Workday native Assistant experience and integration with MS Teams/Slack.

• Payroll Experience Lab: Initiated and executed a 6-month customer engagement program to identify product gaps and create future payroll concepts.

• Adoption Analytics: Created designs and built prototypes to visualize key feature adoption metrics, bringing alignment across Product/Services/Sales organizations.
