• Led the entire UX process to develop and launch the receipt check application in 600 clubs in the U.S. to prevent inventory shrinkage

• Led the entire UX workstream to respond to rapid UX solution across short-term and long-term to business impact priorities during COVID-19
• Created a simplified experience for Curbside Pickup experience to have associates load items to members' cars
