* Responsible for building a new site for the non-profit news organization, THE CITY using Clay, the New York Media CMS platform
* Lead the development effort for building out the new Intelligencer site, including a new homepage feed which combines articles and small bits of curated content items
* Responsible for bringing AMPHTML integration into our CMS allowing our teams added flexibility how our articles are displayed for AMP, published the work as an open source package for Clay

* Integrated an object detection pipeline using Darknet based on existing models trained on the COCO dataset into our CRM to better understand interests for content creators on Instagram
* Integrated with Watson Natural Language Understanding to score the sentiment of Instagram comments in order to understand user interactions with posted content
* Led the effort to redesign storage of content metadata to track usage of the same piece of creative across digital distribution channels, allowing firm to begin testing creative on ad distribution networks such as Facebook and Twitter
* Built system to automatically staff campaigns based on new/existing CRM queries, allowing operations team to scale from running 6 campaigns simultaneously to running 40 campaigns simultaneously
* Updated internal CRM to cache user information in Elasticsearch, reducing CRM querying times from 30 seconds on average to 0.3 seconds on average
* Integrated PayPal into internal operational tools to automatically pay creators for generated content on platform
* Modernized existing Laravel backend, increasing automated test coverage from 20% to 60%, and allowing firm to more confidently make weekly deployments without dedicated QA resources
* Lead a team of three engineers, ensuring weekly deployments of internal tools, analytics platform, and content submission platform; serve as the primary contact for production environment issues
