As a product manager at Value Added Service Department, I worked as a consultant to game operation managers. This experience strengthened my communication, data analytics, and product management skills. I actively communicated with clients to help them identify business problems and define key metrics to track business performance. I also transformed data into information and most importantly, actionable solution plans. Through the analysis of user behaviors, I helped clients improve the metric performance and understand the root cause of the metric changes for product optimization.
