• Wrote Schwab's Digital Accessibility Channel Standards for desktop/mobile web and native mobile.
• Work with our Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to identify risk factors and controls to mitigate the overall company risk.
• Developed and implemented accessibility strategies consisting of multiple initiatives scaling accessibility across the product, design and technology organizations.

• Project lead for UX/UI redesigning multiple legacy client applications into one robust user experience. Worked closely with several stakeholders from development, marketing and business to meet their individual requirements. Business requirements, user task was used to create site maps, user flows, use cases, wireframes, and visual design deliverables.
• UX/Visual Design lead creating multiple future client facing mobile, tablet applications, which were showcased at Sochi and FIFA.
• Testing accessibility and usability standards with Visa’s current and future products.
• Developed styleguides, design and UI pattern templates.

• UX/UI lead on many of PayPal’s emerging opportunity projects to incorporate an intuitive user experience utilizing mobile, web, standalone kiosks and television set top box platforms.
• I have had the opportunity to lead small teams, collaborate and create several user experience solutions utilizing different development platforms for PayPal’s partners; McDonald’s, TiVo, Coinstar, LG, Adobe, Nintendo, etc.
• Worked on PayPal’s Shopping Showcase, a conceptual look into technology that PayPal can offer to create an easy seamless user experience for the customer. These scenarios were built out as live storefronts. This was showcased in New York and San Jose.

• These projects required me to develop usecase scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, visuals, branding and post composite video editing. I help to create new ways for customers to check out via mobile or point of sale by incorporating existing and new technologies into the user flow and ui.
