• Built an automated system to generate help articles authored through our CMS platform for our mobile app.

• Created a unified appointment scheduling UI for our mobile application.

• Helped build our iOS and Android care application from the ground up using React Native.

• Contributed to redesigning our post purchase experience. Increasing the number of users who scheduled orientations with our audiologists.

• Built a service to validate emails and setup DMARC across all of our email services to increase email reputation and decrease bounced emails.

• Created a custom slider that dramatically increased our survey click through rate.

I worked as a full-stack developer in a small team, building a Meteor application aimed at small businesses looking for an easier way to manage their social media accounts. During my time there I helped refactor the entire code base, migrate our servers, and implement some core functionalities.
