· Regularly monitor and troubleshoot critical network and server infrastructure problems
· Investigate and resolve tickets from the on-site Help Desk
· Perform daily checks of backup, data replication, and security processes (Storage Craft Shadow Protect, Image Manager and Shadow Control)
· Perform scheduled routine maintenance and system administration tasks
· Coordinate with vendors and clients to repair and upgrade systems, generate reports on hardware and software inventory, system availability and utilization, and other key metrics (Windows Patching, Connectwise Manage, Automate and Control)
· Improve internal processes for monitoring and maintenance, as well as enhancing scripting automation (PowerShell and Connectwise Automate)
