Clients simply email Agent Marko any routine contract (MSA, NDA, DPA, BAA, IMA, etc.) and get customized revisions, analysis, and drafts back in minutes. Agent Marko does this by creating Marko-Playbooks that mimic the best of each client’s historical work for any future agreements. Additionally, Agent Marko can work inside clients' systems - their existing folders, CLMs, CMSs, and more - to file and retrieve documents and respond to requests, as needed.

• Patient intake service to enroll and manage millions of users for Covid testing and vaccination.

• Front-end unit-testing framework, refactored and maintained overall health of patient intake service.

• Internal tooling to streamline site translations, improved website i18n experience for users.

• Appointment scheduling platform, integrating multiple micro-services.

• Designed and implemented notification micro-service for integrating email/sms campaign providers.

• Established team coding best practices through pairing and code review.

• Experienced in writing software that adheres to CFR Part 11 Validation requirements.

• Designed and built connectf.org, a web app that allows biologists to analyze and visualize genomic datasets to facilitate discovery of significant genes in genomic experiments in multiple model plants.
