Led $450M first of a kind full building data center retrofit while concurrently running the CCO campus retrofits program. Recruited and managed a team of 5 looking after 30 retrofit projects across the PRN/CCO campus while also leading and supporting several global improvement initiatives.

• Effectively adapted to numerous ambiguous project changes by aligning all stakeholders on a phased project strategy and live network migrations allowing for construction resource leveling and increased redundancy

• Aligned project responsibilities across the construction, network services, operations, and general contractor teams into project RACI ensuring support for the first of a kind build.

• Spearheaded integration of a new general contractor into the portfolio’s largest retrofit program in 6 months.

• Supported and prioritized preconstruction efforts for multiple projects including construction and connectivity contracting, concept development, design, and program budget approvals.

• Established several new globally adopted work processes including, Operations/Construction Coordination Guide, potential hurt based incident reporting and a warranty workflow and dashboard, resulting in an operations savings of 400hrs/year, 0 TCIR for site, and 1 month reduction in warranty closeout.

• Supported the MOFE (manufactured owner furnished equipment) team with RFP review, quality checklist review and specification rationalization.

Coordinated $500M+ in new and replacement pipelines across North America - Controlled procurement and cloud-based construction quality requirements and records for 6 pipeline projects. Approved quality documents, including ITP's, weld procedures, test procedures, record books, and others.

• Spearheaded federal government audit preparation and audits of PII pipelines (PHMSA, TRRC), driving 100% compliance with regulations and avoiding expensive fines

• Reconciled and expedited project vendor documentation, mitigating 2-month delay in project turnover and saving 100s of engineering hours

Oversaw $1B+ in facilities and pipelines for the Delaware Expansion. Managed 5 concurrent compressor station projects and 1 pipeline project. Monitored and drove safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance. Held responsibility for project invoicing, reporting, and presenting project status at quarterly reviews.

• Orchestrated electrical and controls system commissioning and handover strategy, accomplishing a record 8-day startup for 2 compressor trains
