Manage all client and employee relationships by scheduling, selling and keeping active contact from our mailing list of 120 subscribers
Handle all payroll, taxes, licenses and fees, including State Board regulations, city taxes, city licenses, federal tax IDs, sales taxes and seller’s permits
Hire and terminate employees based on company policy contracts
Create company policies and actively initiate training and contracts between employee and company
Run all transactions and receipts through QuickBooks and run quarterly and annual reports for tax purposes
Participate in community events with other local small businesses to promote and market services such as meet and greets and open houses for nearby apartments

Trained all new employees for a total of 8 hours in the first month before full time hire which resulted in 4 full time employees learning all 4 services with initial knowledge of 1
