• Managed merchant catalog backend services for multiple Block shopping and payment platforms, those

services were the core merchants data provider for stores and transactions.

• Led the merchants grouping project utilizing LLMs, improved the merchants grouping accuracy which

was essential for offers, promotions and correct transaction information.

• Integrated merchants data into internal AI agent with MCP, which improved merchants data support and

ops efficiency.

• Resolved a Severity 1 incident by performing critical data analysis using Databricks and LLMs.

At Block's Tidal subsidiary, I've been working in a back-end streaming team as a

Java developer. In charge of developing adaptive bitrate streaming backend services running on AWS,

which includes services of ingest, storage, transcoding, packaging, and publishing of the Tidal track and

video assets.
