• Designed and developed a new version of transportation appointment service between fulfillment centers. Improve

scalability for our backend system.

• Designed and developed Amazon fulfillment center configuration service for transportation scheduling. Serverless

service, provided APIs for fulfillment center management to update appointment scheduling

configuration.

• Work with data scientists to design and develop the service to estimate inbound appointments targeting time

windows. The major data source for transportation scheduling performance evaluation.

• Design and develop a workflow to educate voice-only customers using the Alexa app. Increase the number of active mobile

customers.

• Develop response prompt management to auto-release a new version of prompts. Improve the resource management.
