Referral Program

Know someone great? Introduce them to Flows. If we match them with one of our partner companies and they get hired, you earn up to $5,000 per referral. No caps on how many people you can refer, no catch.

1. How it works

Referring someone takes a couple of minutes and runs on a simple three-step loop:

• Submit: Fill out the referral form with your details, the candidate's details, their resume, and the kind of roles they're open to.
• We match: Our team evaluates the candidate, vets fit, and introduces them to relevant partner companies hiring through Flows.
• You earn: When the candidate is hired and clears their probation period, you get paid.

2. What you earn

Earn up to $5,000 per successful referral. The exact amount depends on the role's placement fee and seniority, with $5,000 as the per-referral ceiling. You can refer as many candidates as you like; each successful hire is paid out separately.

Payouts are issued via Stripe within 30 days after the candidate clears their 90-day probation period.

3. Who to refer

Only refer people you personally know and can vouch for professionally. Think former coworkers, classmates, or collaborators whose work you've seen firsthand.

• Someone actively looking for a new role, or open to the right opportunity.
• Someone whose work, communication, and reliability you'd stake your own reputation on.
• Candidates in engineering, product, design, data, AI, and go-to-market roles tend to be the strongest matches for our partner companies.

Mass submissions of candidates you don't actually know, or referrals sourced from scraped lists or public databases, are not eligible and may disqualify you from future payouts.

4. The process, in detail

• Step 1 — Submit: Send the candidate's details and resume through the referral form. We confirm receipt by email within one business day.
• Step 2 — Evaluate: Our team reviews the candidate and, if they're a fit for an open role, reaches out to introduce Flows and confirm interest.
• Step 3 — Present: With the candidate's consent, we present them to partner companies actively hiring for the relevant role.
• Step 4 — Hire & probation: If the candidate is hired, the clock starts on their 90-day probation period.
• Step 5 — Get paid: Once probation clears, we issue your payout within 30 days.

5. Eligibility

The referral program is open to anyone, regardless of whether you have a Flows account. You don't need to be in tech or recruiting to refer — you just need to know someone great.

If you're already part of the Flows network, you can also coordinate directly with your Flows contact instead of using the public form. Either path pays out the same.

6. Confidentiality

Treat candidate information with care. Don't share candidate details — including their resume, role preferences, or the fact that you referred them — with anyone outside of Flows without their explicit permission.

We only contact referred candidates to introduce Flows and confirm their interest. If a candidate asks us to remove their information, we do so immediately.

7. Changes to the program

We may update this program from time to time, including payout amounts, eligibility rules, and timing. If we make material changes, we'll update this page and notify participants with active referrals by email.

Existing payouts that have already been earned and approved won't be affected by future changes.
